UNIFY APPOINT TELECOM RESOURCE
AS FIRST DX SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Unify has set in motion their plan to move to a 100% channel model and are now seeing more demand for services within their partner community. In addition,
customers moving from their legacy systems to new Unify solutions are looking for support from Unify’s partners during the transition process.
In order to help customers with this, Unify decided to a partner to provide expert assistance on their legacy HiPath DX and Realitis systems available only in
the UK market, and are pleased to confirm that Telecom Resource is the first partner appointed.
The appointment of Telecom Resource to the status of DX Support Specialist means they can offer migrating HiPath DX and Realitis customer support, expertise and
additional DX/Realitis capability, all backed up by Unify’s own specialist teams.
